Project – Silvia

Overview

Project Silvia is my current venture into high-performance automotive design, focusing on the iconic Nissan Silvia S14, equipped with the 2.0L SR20DET DOHC Turbo engine. With this project, I aim to transform the Silvia from a stock model into a high-performance vehicle that showcases custom design, tuning, and engineering expertise. This project will serve as both a technical challenge and a creative opportunity, highlighting my skills in CAD, automotive tuning, and advanced modification.

Planned Enhancements and Modifications
  • Custom Body Kit and Aerodynamics: A unique, custom-designed body kit will be developed to enhance the Silvia’s aesthetic appeal and improve aerodynamics. Every aspect of the body kit will be meticulously crafted for a bold, streamlined look that emphasizes the vehicle’s aggressive stance and performance.
  • ECU Tuning and Performance Optimization: Precision ECU tuning will maximize the potential of the SR20DET engine, balancing power with efficiency. This tuning will be designed to optimize engine response, boost control, and overall power output, resulting in a driving experience that is both responsive and exhilarating.
  • Advanced Suspension Design: The Silvia will feature a specially designed suspension system, tailored to deliver enhanced handling and stability. With a focus on performance tuning, this suspension setup will allow for exceptional control during high-speed maneuvers and challenging road conditions.
  • Structural Upgrades and Weight Reduction: Key enhancements, such as a full roll cage and weight-reduction measures, will be implemented to improve both safety and performance. Additionally, a custom exhaust system will be added to enhance engine efficiency and give the Silvia a distinctive, resonant sound profile.
