  • Personal Fitness Coaching Offer – With over a decade of experience in fitness and personal health, I’m here to help you achieve your goals. I offer a four-hour personalized one-on-one in-person session next to providing verified and functional information about sports, exercise, nutrition, recovery, and designing programs to fit your needs, all for an affordable rate of 200,- KR per hour * 4 = 800,- KR. If you’d like to continue beyond the initial sessions, additional sessions are available for 300,- KR per hour.
